01/10/07 Welcome by Chairman.
Chair stated that he and Graham Burton had been at a presentation at St John Fishers for funding of 3rd Generation pitch
Funding for Changing Rooms confirmed from Dewsbury Area Committee and from Section 106
Important in light of developments that Registration money and subs are collected from all, and fundraising events need to be well attended. Coaches and managers to play their part in promoting events
02/10/07 Minutes from the meeting of the 01/07/07
Proposed Stuart Ramsden, Seconded S Wilson, minutes accepted by unanimous vote.
03/10/07 Treasurer’s Report
Income and expenditure low.
Registration fees in did not match with registration numbers.
All registration fees to be collected.
Statement of account as of 30/09/07 circulated
Copy of invoice from Metcalfes to Graham Wilkinson as proof of expenditure from grant.
Cheque in from Specsavers for U15 kit sponsorship.
04/10/07 Secretary’s Report.
Details of Blackpool tournament available if anyone interested
League Fines – Old Boys Fines- Paul Ginnelly to collect from players
U17 and U15 Bookings paid
Several coaches require CRB renewing immediately– details circulated.
U7\8 Joined Mini Soccer League late. Secretary asked that all applications to the league to go through secretary so that the club is aware and ensure correct contact details in handbook
To date 202 boys and 13 girls registered. 60-70 registrations missing. All registrations and money in ASAP
Newsletter to be distributed at Fund Raising Meeting on 8/10/07
Girls U13 have folded registration money to be returned.
05/10/07 Fund Raising
Next event – Winter Disco at Hanging Heaton Working Mens Club on
10/11/07. Any unsold tickets to be returned to be redistributed.
Christmas Raffle Tickets to be distributed with newsletter.
Events being looked at – Casino Night and trip to dog racing.
All managers\coaches asked to promote all events.
06/10/07 Girls Section
U13 folded, U10- struggling to register players, U16 played 3 Won 3
Spare shirts available from U13 if any age group needs them.
U9 boys to take U13 girls slot at Thornhill
U10 boys to take U15 slot at Thornhill
07/10/07 Mini Soccer Section
Synopsis of games to date given by all age groups. Key points-
U7 – 13 signed on and could do with more players. – Posters in local schools
Phil Shires now assistant coach U8’s
U9 27 signed on, 3 teams running
U10 19 signed on 2 teams running
Players being lost to Rugby as they are now playing on Sunday.
Home matches may have to be switched to Saturdays.

08/10/07 11-a-side Boys
A brief synopsis of how the various age groups.
Key Points:–
U11 – 28 players signed on. Everything progressing well for first season at 11-a-side
U12 - 17 signed on
U13 - 17 signed on
U14 -15 signed on
U16 - Doing Well
U17 A – Still eager to Play
U17B – Mixture of U16B and U17 B – mixed team to enable players to continue
09/10/07 Open Age
Numbers signed on OK and will probably have to look at three teams next season.
Paul Ginnelly now manager of one of the teams.
10/10/07 Development
As mentioned in Chairs report, funding now in place for St John Fishers 3rd generation pitch. Construction will start soon and facility should be available for next years winter training.
Meeting to be arranged to discuss time slots, up date development plan, and discuss payment of Dewsbury Rangers contribution to building costs.
Wakefield Rd – Scheme progressing. Bid to be put into Football Foundation for funding.
Contact with Arcihtect developing Battyeford changing rooms to be made.

Physiotherapy – Graham Burton proposed a scheme to pay for visits to Physio for sports injuries sustained playing for DRJFC at reduced rate
After discussion of various options, put to vote: - 1 in for, 26 Against – Not Carried.
Club will recommend Physiotherapist to players if reduced rate can be negotiated. Cost entirely at players’ \ parents cost
Rain Tops – discussion took place on rain tops and funding.
Proposed that rain tops to be provided at no cost to the club – to be funded solely by parents\sponsorship.
