01/06/07    Welcome by Chairman.

Chair stated that the presentation night had gone well and the next important event was the Gala.

03/06/07    Treasurer’s Report

                   Accounts for 2006/2007 currently being audited.

 

04/06/07    Secretary’s Report.

Secretary asked for any used kits to donate to St John Fishers who would donate to charity who supply kits to Africa

 

Coaches ID – Several up for renewal.  Full CFB check required to renew. List of coaches ID up for renewal to be circulated by Secretary

 

AGM – Notice in Dewsbury Reporter and Dewsbury Press.

Items for consideration at AGM to be with Secretary at least 7 days in advance of meeting.

06/06/07    Gala

                  Trevor Thomas read out a list of age groups and number of teams entered.

General e-mail to go out for anyone to apply to enter to fill remaining places

 

Each age group to provide 4 referees

 

07/06/07    Girls Section

      A brief synopsis of how the various age groups. Training continuing and new coaches for U14 and U16’s

 

                  Mini Soccer - Summary reported by each coach

                  11 a side. -  Summary reported by each coach

 

08/07/07    Development Committee

                  Confirmed that all 3 pitches at Wakefield rd for sole use of Dewsbury

 

Decided to obtain agreement \ cost of lease for foot print of building only.

 

Kirklees to raise proposal in June for consideration by the council

 

Checking with Architect to see if plans suitable for planning permission, if not how much more to bring plans up to standard.

 

Graham Wilkinson contacted Land Fill Fund with regard to grant towards the club house. Funds may be available but we have to register first.

 

Stand up speak up funding event – Graham Burton to attend 

 

Meeting at Chickenley Community centre on Wednesday at 7pm.   

 

09/07/07    AOB 

Open Age Football – Two teams entered, one in Dewsbury OB league and one in Wakefield OB League.  Trials to be arranged for later in summer, and managers to be appointed.

Constitution to be amended for presentation at AGM. Draft to be circulated in advance for comment

  

Coaches – all coaches must have had a CRB check and Coaches ID Card. 

 

Also attendance at management meetings by some age groups is patchy.  Graham Burton to e-mail all coaches to remind them of what is required by Dewsbury Rangers, the league and WRCFA.
