1/09/06            Welcome by the Chair –

                          Gala – Chair reported successful event.

 

2/09/06            Treasurers report – Asked for gift aid slips to be returned as soon as possible

 Travel expense claim forms issued.

                          Cash sheets Issued.

                         Secretaries Report

 

3/09/06           All match results to be e-mailed or phoned in by 6pm Sunday.

                         Coach and player ID cards required at all matches.

                         Fixtures issued for Christmas and New Years Eve.  These matches need not be played.

 One month of fixtures for 11 a-side issued

Chickenley Junior School asked if anyone available to coach at 3.30pm - no volunteers due to timing.

Chick tip booking details read out.

WRCFA cup for U12,14,16,18 boys issued. Team manager to write 5 days before fixture stating when and where fixture will be played.

 Fair play award nomination forms issued.

Coaches ID cards – some still due back from WRCFA.

  

Details of Level 1 course in September Issued.

  

Disciplinary meeting- meeting held to investigate alleged racial incident. Player concerned written to along with parents.  Player issued with 12 month ban suspended for 12 months, and instructed to make written apology. 

Complainant written to regarding decision.

6/9/06             Executive Committee – Two posts remained – Suggested Fundraising\Gala representative if willing to do it.

8/9/06             Constitution – Revised Constitution read through. Some items amended and constitution accepted by vote. 9 for, 7 against, 2 Abstentions.

 

9/9/06             Goalkeeper Training – Details for goalkeeper training from James O’Rourke read out.

 

10/9/06           9 week referee courses being run - £80.00 for Adults, £60.00 for U18
